Reporting a controller that is misread

The most useful reports include:

• The controller model and how it is connected (USB, Bluetooth, dongle).
• The browser and operating system, with version numbers.
• The exact text shown above the diagram, including the vendor and product code in the raw data section.
• What you expected and what the tester showed, for example which button lit up when you pressed a different one.

With that we can usually add or fix a layout within a few days.

Other requests

Corrections to the guides, suggestions for new tests and questions about how the site handles data are all welcome at the same address. Please do not send controllers or hardware; the site does not do repairs.
